Draft. This describes how Ndex handles information today. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before nublock takes on paying customers or institutional agreements.

What we collect

• No account. There is no sign-in, so we don’t hold your name, email, or student ID.
• Your conversation stays with your AI app. You talk to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI app, under that app’s own privacy terms. Ndex never sees the conversation, only the lookups your AI makes, such as a course code or a program.
• Courses you share. When you ask for an audit or a plan, your AI sends the courses from your DARS audit (codes, terms, credits, grades) along with that lookup. Ndex uses them to compute the answer and keeps nothing once it replies.
• Basic logs. Like any website, our servers may record standard request information (IP address, time) for security and debugging.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell information about you.
• We don’t share anything with your school about who asked what.
• We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Where the answers come from

Ndex is built from pages your school has already published. We index those pages and cite them. We don’t access student records or any non-public school system.
